4. Promotion Period

5. Draw Details

• The prize draw will be held on 1st October 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST at: VIC 3146
• The draw will be conducted randomly and fairly to ensure equal opportunity for all valid entrants.

6. Winner Notification & Publication

• Winners will be contacted via the email used during purchase on 1st October 2026.
• Winners will be announced publicly on the North Borders website on 2nd October 2026.
• For prizes valued at $250 AUD or more, the winner's first initial, last name, and postcode will be published within 30 days of the draw in accordance with ACT permit conditions.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

• If a prize remains unclaimed for 30 days after the initial draw, the promoter will attempt to contact the winner weekly via email during this period.
• If the prize is still unclaimed after 30 days, a redraw will take place on 31st October 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST at the same address.
• Any redraw winners will be notified within 7 days and published as outlined above.

8. Redraw Arrangements

• Any required redraw will follow the same fair and transparent process as the original draw.
• If the prize is valued at $250 AUD or more, the redraw winner's details will also be published within 30 days.
