5. Draw Details

• The prize draw will be held on 1st August 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST:
  
• The draw will be conducted randomly and fairly to ensure equal opportunity for all valid entrants.

6. Winner Notification & Publication

• Winners will be contacted via the email used during purchase on 1st August 2026.
• Winners will also be announced publicly on Instagram (@northborders) and on North Borders.
• For prizes valued at $250 AUD or more, the winner’s first initial, last name, and postcode will be published within 30 days of the draw in accordance with ACT permit conditions.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

• If a prize remains unclaimed for 30 days after the initial draw, the promoter will attempt to contact the winner weekly via email during this period.
• If the prize is still unclaimed after 30 days, a redraw will take place on 1st September 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST at the same address.
• Any redraw winners will be notified within 7 days and published as outlined above.

8. Redraw Arrangements

• Any required redraw will follow the same fair and transparent process as the original draw.
• If the prize is valued at $250 AUD or more, the redraw winner’s details will also be published within 30 days.

14. Force Majeure

• If circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control affect the fair operation of the promotion, including but not limited to internet outages, fraud, technical failures, government restrictions, or natural disasters, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in accordance with ACT law.

• Entry is open to eligible Australian residents including ACT, VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, WA, and NT. South Australian residents are excluded.
• International entries are permitted where legally allowed. Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation complies with the laws and regulations of their own country or jurisdiction.

• This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable ACT legislation and under a permit issued by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.

17. No Refunds or Returns Based on Draw Outcome
