ACT Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility to Enter

• Entry is open to any individual who purchases the “NORTHBORDERS V4 PRESET PACK”, “NORTHBORDERS MINI PACK”, “NORTHBORDERS MEGA PACK”, “NORTHBORDERS WALLPAPER PACKS”, or “NORTHBORDERS MEMBERSHIP” via https://northborders.co/.

• Entrants under 18 must have verified parental or guardian consent to be eligible.

• Entry is open to all Australian residents excluding South Australia (SA).
  (International entries permitted where allowed.)

2. How to Enter

• Entry is automatic upon purchase of an eligible product via https://northborders.co/ during the promotion period.

4. Promotion Period

• Start Date: 25th December 2025

• Closing Date: 31st January 2026

5. Draw Details

• The prize draw will be held on 1st February 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST at 53 Albion Road, Glen Iris, VIC 3146.

• The draw will be conducted randomly and fairly to ensure equal opportunity for all valid entrants.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via the email used during purchase on 1st February 2026.

• Winners will also be announced publicly on Instagram (@northborders) and on https://northborders.co/.

• For prizes valued at $250 AUD or more, the winner's last name, first initial, and postcode will be published within 30 days of the draw, in accordance with ACT permit conditions.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

• If a prize is unclaimed for 30 days after the initial draw, the promoter will contact the winner weekly via email during this period.

• If still unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 2nd March 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST, at the same address.

• Any redraw winners will be notified within 7 days and published as above.

8. Redraw Arrangements

• Any required redraw will follow the same fair and transparent process.

• If the prize is $250 AUD or more, the redraw winner’s details will also be published within 30 days.

• The promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or technical issues beyond its control.

• The promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if deemed necessary, subject to ACT regulations.

12. Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

• Entrants agree to the jurisdiction of ACT courts in any dispute.

13. General Conditions

• Any false or misleading information provided by entrants may lead to disqualification.

• Any changes to prize details or timing will be announced via official channels (website, email, social media).

14. Force Majeure

• If circumstances beyond the promoter's control affect the fair operation of the promotion (e.g. internet failure, fraud, or natural disaster), the promoter may cancel or alter the promotion in line with ACT law.

15. Eligibility by Region

• Entry is open to all Australian residents, including those in ACT, VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, WA, and NT.
  Excluding SA.

• International entries are allowed where legally permitted. Entrants are responsible for complying with their own local laws.

16. Permit Details

• This promotion is conducted in accordance with ACT laws and the permit obtained from the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.

• Permit number will be included once issued.
