• The winner and their nominated guest must both be 18 years or older to participate in the travel experience.

• International entries are permitted where legally allowed.
• International entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2. How to Enter

• Entry is automatic upon purchase of an eligible product via North Borders during the promotion period.
• Eligible NORTH BORDERS MEMBERSHIP entrants will also be automatically entered into the promotion.
• Membership entrants must remain active members as at the draw date to be eligible through their membership entries.

4. Travel and Driving Requirements

• The winner and nominated guest must each hold a valid passport and meet all applicable requirements to legally enter Australia.
• The winner and nominated guest are responsible for obtaining any required Australian visa, ETA, or other travel authorisation.
• The winner and nominated guest must each obtain their own travel insurance prior to travelling.
• Any winner or guest intending to drive during the experience must hold a valid full driver's licence that is recognised for driving in Victoria, Australia.
• Depending on the country and language in which their driver's licence was issued, the winner or guest may also be required to obtain an International Driving Permit and/or an English translation of their licence.
• The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any required International Driving Permit or licence translation before travelling.
• Driving of the supplied vehicle is subject to age requirements, licence requirements, insurance approval, and the requirements of the vehicle provider.
• Where the proposed performance vehicle cannot be supplied due to driver age, licence, or insurance requirements, the promoter may provide a suitable alternative vehicle.
• The promoter cannot obtain passports, visas, travel insurance, or driving permits on behalf of the winner or guest.

6. Draw Details

• The prize draw will be held on 25th December 2026 at 6:00 PM AEDT at: VIC 3146
• The draw will be conducted randomly and fairly to ensure equal opportunity for all valid entrants.

7. Winner Notification & Publication

• The winner will be contacted via the email used during purchase on 25th December 2026.
• The winner will also be announced publicly on 25th December 2026 on Instagram (@northborders) and on the North Borders website.
• For prizes valued at $250 AUD or more, the winner's first initial, last name, and postcode will be published within 30 days of the draw in accordance with ACT permit conditions.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

• If the prize remains unclaimed for 7 days after the initial draw, the promoter will contact the winner weekly via email during this period.
• If the prize is still unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 2nd January 2027 at 6:00 PM AEDT at the same address.
• Any redraw winner will be notified within 7 days and published as outlined above.

9. Redraw Arrangements

• Any required redraw will follow the same fair and transparent process as the original draw.
• If the prize is valued at $250 AUD or more, the redraw winner's details will also be published within 30 days.

• Travel, driving, and motorsport activities carry inherent risks. The winner and guest participate subject to the applicable rules, waivers, insurance conditions, and safety requirements of the relevant event and service providers.

13. Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
• Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.

14. General Conditions

• Any false or misleading information provided by entrants may result in disqualification.
• Any changes to prize details or timing will be announced through official channels including the website, email, and social media platforms.
• The winner and nominated guest must be available to travel to Australia for the Targa Classica 2027 experience from 1st March to 4th March 2027, including any reasonable travel days required immediately before or after the event.
• The travel experience is not redeemable for cash.
• Flights will be economy class and arranged by the promoter.
• Travel upgrades, additional accommodation, extended stays, and personal expenses beyond the stated prize inclusions are at the winner's or guest's own expense.
• The winner and guest may be required to provide identification, passport details, and driver's licence information reasonably necessary to arrange the prize.

15. Force Majeure

• If circumstances beyond the promoter's reasonable control affect the fair operation of the promotion or the delivery of the prize, including but not limited to internet failure, fraud, natural disaster, government restrictions, travel disruption, or event cancellation or postponement, the promoter may cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or prize in accordance with ACT law.

16. Eligibility by Region

• Entry is open to eligible Australian residents including ACT, VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, WA, and NT. South Australian residents are excluded.
• International entries are permitted where legally allowed. Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation complies with the laws and regulations of their own country or jurisdiction.

• This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable ACT legislation and under a permit issued by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.
